As a Product Marketing Manager, you can expect to:
Conceive strategic marketing plans to launch new products and foster sales of existing ones;
Proactively develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics to achieve objectives;
Identify critical success factors for each product and build value propositions that grasp and translate technical capabilities into tangible benefits;
Create bold marketing materials and sales tools to be used by the sales teams;
Prepare sales teams to take products to market, as you will be the product expert;
Plan and implement all internal and external actions and follow-ups related with your products, from targeted communications to major events;
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to define and implement product strategies, from product conception to actual go-to-market;
Review and readapt marketing strategies whenever necessary, based on market feedback;
Monitor the performance of each of your products and campaigns, taking responsibility for the results.
Degree in Management or Marketing;
Minimum 2 years of B2B product marketing experience;
Strong technical skills in Marketing;
Good analytical skills (preference for knowledge in MS Excel);
Strong communication, interpersonal and team work skills;
Holistic business approach with a strategic, proactive and dynamic mindset;
Fluency in English.
