Customer Success Representative (m/f), Lisbon

What can I do here?

Collaborate with product management on strategic joint initiatives that support product adoption and customer success;
Synthesize the “Voice of Customer” (product feedback) received from customers and on-site colleagues to share with Product Management;
Collaborate with product managers to influence the product roadmap;
Customer Success Programs Design and Development;
Support marketing activities and go-to market strategy;
Lead subscriptions renewals process in a portfolio of clients.

What is expected of me?

Degree in Management or equivalent;
1-2 years of work experience;
Excellent communication skills: on-site, on the phone and through writing;
Ability to work in team, plan activities and showcase products;
Dynamism and results oriented;
English proficiency (required) and driver’s license.
