Customer Success Manager (m/f), Lisbon

What can I do here?

As a Customer Success Manager you will be joining our energetic Global Suppliers Network team, onboarding new clients successfully, increasing product sales and adoption while ensuring clients’ satisfaction and retention.
Implement and manage customer success processes in a multi-national context, integrated in a hybrid human-digital customer success program;
Manage an inbound and outbound sales partner, delivering an outstanding sales and customer retention result;
Setting and achieving performance targets for sales, efficiency and quality;
Work closely with the Product Marketing team on the development of new products, services and marketing programs, such as online marketing and direct marketing campaigns, to boost leads generation, sales and adoption;
Lead the implementation of state of the art technologies and innovations to automatize help desk, sales process and customer nurturing programs, to increase client’s satisfaction and results;
Collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders;
Continuous activities of monitoring and feedback.

What is expected of me?

Management or Marketing degree;
4+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Client Services, Outbound Sales or equivalent role;
Solid understanding of performance management and sales management techniques;
Strong interpersonal relationships and team work are fundamental;
Excellent communication skills;
Capacity for strategic thinking and innovation and a holistic business approach;
Fluent in English and Spanish;
Results oriented, proactive, dynamic;
Available for occasional travel.
